Few people can afford to pay that for a condo, now, so I'm not surprised the owner jumped at it. Something similar on Phuket can be rented for 7-8K.
With so many beautiful pools in Thailand, I cant remember a single time I saw a local swimming in any of them lol.

In this clip, the price of chicken eggs is wrong. It's not 30 eggs, 346 baht. On the label it says 346 baht per 1 set. In the clip, 1 tray contains 30 eggs. but 1 set has 5 trays Therefore, the correct egg price is 150 chicken eggs 346 baht.😁😁🙏🙏
Yeah, I did a mistake. Actual price is 396 Baht for 30*4 eggs and 540 Baht for 30*5 eggs

In Thailand, if you buy imported fruits and veggies, the cost will be similar to the countries they are from. But if you buy something we produce here, the price will be pretty cheap :)

Thanks Adrian! Perhaps you've noticed that majority of products in the supermarket are imported, and shopping in a fresh food market might be quite cheaper but more complicated for foreigners.
Yeah it was surprisingly nice place to stay, feel quiet and comfortable
If you cook yourself, go to a local market and I'll guarantee that you will find really cheap meat, rice, vegs and spices. Really really cheap. And last time I went to krabi town I found "noodle curry" for 20 baht. And free water 😊

Mickey please stay save. Even after vaccination. I'm a nurse from the netherlands and had my vaccination in May. But still got covid doing work. Now I'm recovering. Didn't got really sick but the after 5 weeks still very exhausted and no energy. Have a nice time in krabi. I miss Thailand so much.

I can't disagree with you on this 🙂
The Sinovac injection didn't cause any damage. The two AZ injections were about as high as Pfizer. Plus it can live longer Do not underestimate the lethal pathogen. It can protect each other as well. Plus, it doesn't have any side effects like Pfizer.
Even in America, it has started injecting 3 injections 4 because it can't remove the beta strain of covids.
Maybe living in N.Y. is why I find it so odd that ppl in Thailand find a 6 month or 1 yr. lease a 'long term' rental. 1 or more yrs. is the norm in most places in the U.S. personality I prefer 1yr. Even without furniture, moving is a pain. + better rate for longer term. I could see 2 or 3 yrs. for best price in a place I really like; especially w a steam room, sauna & whirlpool. Gym & pool is fine, but s & steam better. Good kitchen too.
In fect , all we know that the imported products are so expensive but the local products are so cheap. if you were southern of Thanland now, don't miss to buy a lot of mangoseteens and durians because of seasonal fruits. its so cheaper. BTW it's so mavelous scenery at sunset behind the mountains.
Yeah, buying food at a local market is cheaper (but I still prefer to buy chicken and eggs at a supermarket)

i wouldn't call it a budget condo, it looks far better than most of my friends condo's here in Thailand and they don't live in budget accommodation.
