  • Action potentials are the signals our neurons use to communicate. But, what are they exactly? What are the steps? In this video, I take you through an animation of the stages (resting membrane potential, depolarization, repolarization, and refractory period), show you what you can write if you’re taking notes, and breakdown the membrane voltage graph of the action potential.

    I would be interested in the speed of the guidance proteins along with the growth speed of the dendrites. Love them and think about space travel while watching them.

    Wrong explanation, because you didn't say main point about creation negative charge inside the cell.
