When I was a young boy getting hurt was something to brag about, my mom and dad never used the school because they knew it is all part of being a young boy and the lessons learned far out weighed the minor injuries even if it required stitches or a cast for a broken bone! And I look back now on those times with very fond memories. :-)

My private property was taken by my neighbor who applied chemicals on it for over 5 years. He and his brother (the County Sheriffs detective) made public statements that I was involved in illegal drug activity, but that was not true and that could not provide any evidence to support that defamation of my character. Here is a link to show photo evidence if the personal injury that I suffered before I had no option but to stay at my home and die or flee and attempt to recover from the injury.
I have always been a Dennis Miller fan. Always watched his HBO specials. And guess what....i.still am. Love his contributions to the O'Reilly Factor. His spin on things are always spot on.

Eminent domain 'came in' to the Constitution to set rules for how the federal government has to treat citizens when they need to house soldiers.
And when you 12 years old you heal in less than 24 hours! Falling down getting hurt and then getting up is the fun part of being young!
I am all for the weakening of the kids , I have these 5 granddaughters rough and tough as hell and I figure they are eventually going to just take the country over while the others stand there crying . lol Holy crap WAKE UP !
