HOLY SHIT!!!!!!! IM SO EXCITED!!!!! 27 new songs. I just wish it didnt take so long to get these CD's in Canada! This is going to be amazing! So excited!
hmm. but its like...an experimental album. its still the great Say Anything but Max had a BREAKDOWN while recording Is A Real Boy. This album is based on kick ass production while the last album was based almost entirely on raw emotion. just because the vocals are a higher volume doesn't mean he's screaming the same way as he used to. i give In Defense a 4 out of 5 still.
in defense isn't concept album, is it? anyway, in defense is really good. that last comment i posted was an opinion i don't necessarily agree with. If Max had applied himself a bit more it would have bin like, The Wall for emo kids.
eh. the new ones great and all but Is A Real Boy was better. Say Anything has started to focus more on production, rather then the music that Max seems to pour directly into the mic in the last album. In Defense is pretty good though.
I agreeeeeee. I don't know. I listened to the latest album, but I just don't like it as much. Is it just me or is it more poppy techno? I don't know. After I heard two or three songs I gave up and didn't listen to the rest, so I might have only heard the poppy techno ones. I was sad though, A Real Boy was more grungy and twisted rock feel. I just liked that style better. :|

They're coming with Hellogoodbye this Sunday. I'm totally going to be there. :D
If you like the lyrics of Max Bemis, watch "I Have a Dream in New Orleans" It is a speech about a peace movement in New Orleans.
Oh how I love that man.
when you Say Anything-do it In Defense of the Genre.
i love em both...although they are both very different
samee its awesome
Cool, can't wait ta get it.
i think that Say Anything had to like, do another album for a contract. its like they aren't trying too hard on this new CD.
Hey it might be a tad bit more expensive since it is a double disk :P
that's fucking correct!
@LetTheFlamesBegin5 I agree with that statement 100%
