This guy (the driver) does a good job promoting his company organically 👍👍
The engineer who brought these trucks to life! Christian Appel...He knows more about these trucks than anyone at the company...He should be put out to be the spokesman always!
I think he is a german guy.
Christian Appel is a great company spokesperson. Very knowledgeable and always eager to share details about the BEV and FCEV Nikola trucks.
I agree. He is the diamond
I second that there
Awesome job Christian on show and drive. Best advertising for NkLA is word of mouth. 👏👍
That's a quiet FCEL truck w/small turn radius. Thanks for the demo.
This is the future, greetings from Germany !! 👍
Yes, just wait till Scania and Volvo or even Mercedes get in to the market but those trucks won't be sold in the US just like the Euro trucks now can't be sold. Scania, Volvo and Mercedes the best trucks and busses in the world. Amen 😊
Every truck driver should have one like this! 😊👍
One that can go less than 500 miles?
Why?
this is bad ass….u deserve at least few million views on this.
Great vid and questions. Christian is awesome...as always! Thank You Wheel Bearings!
I like your driving videos. One day I will drive this Nikola fuel cell truck
I am all for NKLA. Let's start product in Mexico. Cheap labor baby!. Help my poepl out!.
Yes, they should start building them there in San Luis Potosi where they already build Scania trucks and busses 😊
Figures you retire and they come out with amazing trucks like this 😅. Never fails.
Crazy but I leaned to drive on cabover’s a long time ago and prefer them. Way to go Nikola!
You said it.... Crazy.
Thanks christian❤
I need to see this thing vs Edison Motors' diesel electric truck in a tug of war😂
Go Nikola👍💪✌️❤️
Thanks for the video
Where in Canada are the Nikola Tre HFC semis? They must be here in Greater Vancouver. Ballard Industries in Burnaby were designing Hydrogen Fuel Cells back in the mid 1990's. Some of those engineers must have trickled down to Nikola.
Powertech in Surrey had/has hydrogen fueling station on their property. It was documented on Discovery Channel. A church member drives a Toyota Murai here in Vancouver. I believe he said there are 6 locations to refuel.
I am taking an educated guess they are here. I am so excited! I may go searching on Anacsis Island for them!
great video, love the truck. Christian is awesome and knows his shit
Awesome truck
Wow! amazing u-turn just like my highlander.
This is so great!
amazing truck
Nikola Motor & Nikola Energy Hyla a Trilion Dollar Corporation with best BEVs & FCEVs and Worlds Largest Hydrogen Infrastructure Network 🌎
❤❤❤❤❤
Wasn't just noise and comfort, it was also tilting of the cab and stability reasons.
Still buying more shares at .77.
I got some front beach properties in Ohio you might be interested in
great purchase, we heading over a dollar
Memang benar high teknologi itu setitik momen di setiap arah vektor apapun verktor dari semua hal tidak luput dari perhitungan, pantesan memang pantas. Supreme
Is the fuel nozzle and refill process standardized to the same configuration as the fuel cell cars... such as Toyota Mirai or Hyundai Nexo? Nikola is working on implementing additional hydrogen refilling stations and I would sure hope they would allow all fuel cell vehicles to fuel there.
Yes
Thank you for the response.
I hope the new Nikola refueling stations will allow the public to refuel there. Maybe Nikola should team up with this guy to make a higher capacity version of this:

wow!! cool!!
that footage looked ALL DOWN HILL lol
Copy the ARGOSY access and you win the market!!!
I may be off, but I think NKLA stock has until 1/18 to pull up above $1/share (would be 30 days below $1) or they will risk being pulled from the open market (NYSE). Anyone have more insight on this?
They received a delisting notice, buy guess they will reverse split
@@pba21 Where can I find updates?
They have until either June/July but they can also appeal. The delist will not just happen overnight I don’t think it will be an issue as they have a lot coming down the pipeline and if it is they will just split like @PBA21 me tioned. 2/22 will be a big day for them once they release financials and more info hopefully.
@@drivenserb7152 thx
over a dollar now, i hope u loaded at 50-60 cents levels
But trucks need to be loud to keep the driver awake
the reason why cabovers sux is if you have to do something with the engine you have to tilt the whole cab so all the stuff inside will fall forward, or the stuff inside the lockers will also fall, and if you have some stuff in the upper bed where most of the drivers store the heavy stuffs you have to pack it out ... pain in the arse, I hate them but in Europe you can't have the long-nose ones...
👏
Hydrogen is going to be the way big trucks are going to go. I'd take a cabover in a heartbeat IF IT DOESN'T HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY, no radars or cameras for me!
Isn't this thing an Iveco?
It is based on an Iveco platform
Like a M1150 ABV is not an M1 Abrams but a vehicle, based on the M1 Abrams chassis 😂
Going to ATH.
I can see BIG MONEY INVESTING!!! 3-6YRS
can't you guys find a nicer sounding turn signal??? It's terrible.
What no one mentions is the stratospheric cost of operating HFCVs. Real world example: the Toyota Mirai carries 5.65 KG of H2, and gets an EPA range of 357 miles. A KG of H2 in San Diego, where I live, is currently about $36, having recently increased from about $13 (!). So the per-mile cost of H2 for the Toyota Mirai is 5.65 x 36 / 357 = 57¢. Meanwhile, my Tesla Model Y has a 75 kWh battery, and has an EPA range of about 320 miles. At the San Diego Gas & Electric EV charging rate of about 15¢/kWh, the per-mile cost of electricity for my Model Y is 75 x .15 / 320 = 3.5¢; so the Mirai costs literally *>16 times as much per mile* in operating cost. There's no reason similar ratios won't apply to Class 8 trucks. If any of my numbers or calculations is wrong, please point it out.
Make it yourself at home for free with renewables/solar panels. So what if it takes more off grid electricity to make the same range. It transfers to the vehicle instantly. An invention you can't seem to understand or grasp the reason for .

This truck much nicer an the Tesla truck where you sit in the middle. This truck may have some success but not Tesla 😂
🔥 we need more investments pwoplw still think there a fraud 😅
Nice re-badget IVECO-truck🤩
"Good luck " to Nikola's costumers, finding a hydrogen re-fill station outside California‼️🤣🤣
Mobile refueling stations are out there right now, with more brick and mortar stations being built!
Clown
Always has to be one pessimistic person.
Did they go down hill?
Bro, we need more trust from you, increase the confidence by buying the stocks. Nikola management must buy the stocks. The confidence of the investors are on low level and is not enought to promote with this kind of videos.
I got some front beach real estate in Ohio you should invest in
Hertz selling off 20000 eves ford cutting electric truck production in half
🏁Wake me up if Nikola still are in business Q2 2024 🤣
still an idiot
If you're sleeping, you're going to miss out on the chance of a lifetime!
didnt u say 2021? and nikola still here.... make up your mind mika
This thing is ABSOLUTE JUNK. We had one of these to try at my company. What a joke. Struggled with a light load. And would only do about 150 miles in upstate NY, not that hilly and in mild temperatures.
🧢
i think you talking about BEV.. smaller range
Design is a bad rip off off a Volvo FH! Touchscreen neither intuitive nor tactile. No good for muscle memory and operation without taking your eyes off the road. HUD necessary to mitigate at least some of it.
another EV garbage which needs 7-10 hours recharging if not more and longevity of batteries will be 3-5 years on average depend on mileage and new ones would not be cheap
It's an FCEV...H2 powers it, NOT the battery. Refueling is 20 min to fill up.
@@awanderer4973 where they will refuel it in midd of nowhere ??
Show me an EV semi in my Canadian North at - 40. = I will show you a profit looser. Remember the A / B / C of EV-ING. === Always Be Charging!!!! Hydrogen?????
