This remix is incredible, so many awesome ideas put together in perfect harmony! The vocal part around 1:59 was really creative and pleasant, but then you added that guitar pickup around 2:49!? Insane stuff, I loved every part of it.
Haha thank you! The guitar at 2:49 is a reference to Oppa Toby Style, another track toby fox composed for a different project. Figured it'd be a neat little easter egg.

Tbh none of the remixes slaps harder than the original. This one is no exception, but I like this one more than most of the others non the less. I dunno it's just like something missing, or... I don't know how to explain it, remix is banger, but original slaps harder imho. Take care, continue your work, it's great.
I agree. I think the thing that seperates the original from the covers is the hearing it for the first time in game. The context of the situation. Also the percussion, no one's really nailed that so far, myself included.
1:48 to 2:00 this was the best remix of this segment out of the many I've heard. While every other part of this theme slaps, this one moment feels like a breather that reminds you of the tragedy in the story. For me, you've hit the nail on the head on capturing that meaning. So elegant and delicate.

Those vocals are actually the same vocals present in the Area Zero theme! Its an instrument called "Ethnic Bulgarian Choir", and its made by John Strezov.

I hope they can fix it with a few patches. There's no excuse. BOTW, MonsterHunter and Xenoblade did fine with bigger worlds.
