For people aspiring to buy a luxury car in India just know that over half of the costs are taxes by the Central Government. Build a business and own the car in that business name and buy a new luxury car and depreciate it in the first 4 years and save your taxes 😊

I'll tell you the real reason why this real estate guy purchases pre-owned luxury car because of black money. When you buy a new car no brand showroom will take majority of cash. They only take cheque or online payments but black money owned folks don't have much money in their banks so they mostly put money in things where cash is the mode of transaction be it real estate, gold or in this case pre-owned cars.

@@raghavsridhar and I agree with that. That's the whole point. If a salaried employee takes a home loan and purchase property then he's paying everything with white money, but he can never sell the same property without getting black money in return.
Real estate in India is the easiest way to turn your white money into black money. Also, due to this black money property prices are always inflated in India and a person without black money can never make significant returns from real estate in India

The most disconcerting thing about owning a luxury car in India is the high levels of stress one has to put up with on account of our bad roads and our dense and horrible driving habits. You or your driver may be very good; but when your car is surrounded by so many idiotic drivers, there's a very high chance of getting scratches and dents. In most of the rest of the world, you can find 10-yr old cars with not a single scratch; but in this cursed country, a brand new car will be lucky to go 3 months before getting its first nick/scratch/dent. India will never be safe for luxury cars. Most of the luxury car owners get up in the wee hours of the morning (like 3am) just so that they can enjoy a thrill ride before the city wakes up.

      2) they’ll never think of gas or maintenance
      3) they said earlier in clip “ you should not spend more then 50% of yiur yearly salary, and if they are buying this for 60lkh plus then they are making over one cr or over . But they painted picture like ohh we didn’t buy 80lkh car because we could afford but we rather spend less money and it’s only 60lkh . 😅

It's true that there are many hidden costs and responsibilities that come with owning a luxury car that people may not be aware of. It's important to weigh the pros and cons before making such a big investment. Overall, I enjoyed watching this video and appreciate the valuable insights it provides."

With the investment what my both parents did, decades ago. Surely i can buy any car .... My father gave me 50000 to buy a car. I bought Datsun Redigo with an installment of 35000 ... From last 6 years i am using that. I do service only from Nissan service centre. I kept it in an awesome condition. My father passed away 3 years back. I feel my dad is with me. I plan to use it more for 4 years. Both of my girl friends, Mother and brother are forcing me to get a bigger German SUV but i don`t let them get it. My Father and mother, who were both working invested 84000 in Wipro, Siemens and HDFC between 1987 to 1992. They got an awesome returns on their investment. I am a cheapster and save more than 30 lakhs per year by staying miser. The feeling of saving and investing is more than a German car.

I think the point the couple in the video was trying to make was that they personally did not want to have kids, hence they could spend money which some other couple will save for their kids future.

I think this trend of not having kids will get more and more traction as having kids in this era is extremely expensive and also given the daunting task of raising a child with good values amid the increasingly negative environment which could be mostly attributable to social media

@@adityatakkar262 absolutely. And with the number of Indian children immigrating to foreign countries at the expense of "education" and leaving their parents to fend for themselves in their old age, it would be better to not have kids because then you won't have any expectations
