Check the yogurt that you have bought to see if it has a “live culture” then you can make the yogurt just like you make it in India. It is summer in US, but if you find the weather is chilly, put the yogurt (to be done) overnight the oven (without starting of course) instead of outside. You can make real good yogurt in US same as India.

You can visit Manhattan and there is a boat ride uou can take. Statue of liberty is on an island, not worth going with small baby. Really after visiting Dubai, nothing really compares to that.
Niagara Falls is nice but again a very long journey to Canada border. Atlantic city jaa shakte ho, woh bhi long drive hoga.
Really best place would have been Florida to visit for first time.
