Congress has not defied the President. Congress has defended the rights of US citizens, and especially the most vulnerable, against the pressure exerted by the administration to vote for a bill that does not make healthcare more accessible and reasonably priced. Kudos to those in Congress that put the lives of Americans above partisan politics.
