Hi Bro, I need your assistance. I am working on the bmw x3 f25 with the halogen headlight. I would like to upgrade the front bumper and headlight to lci model. For the headlight wires, the lci model had got one extra wires.

Yes just as i did in the video. They are different so needs to be swapped out.
One question. What you did with headlights washers ?
Did a delete on them not needed fir led lights, not present on lci cars. I disconnected the hose and plugged it

@@SALVAGENATION It actually is present on 2016-2017 models with xenon facelift lights. Only LED (17/18 plate) onwards had no washers. Strange that BMW did this but there ya go😂
Wouldn't it be easier to buy the halogen version of the lci headlight and install angel eyes on it. Since the halogen ones are plug and play
Nah the customer wanted led lighting, thats the way to get led lighting to work

No. Not at all. The reversing light was re pinned and works fine.

Question bro would the F22 Xenon>Standard LED be the same process or would the wiring pins be in different slots as its a different headlight?
Led swapping with leds are the same, halogen swapping with LED would be the same process regardless of f20 or f22. The current build im doing for RICKY LLF, ive fitted f87 m2 headlights to an f20 car both are leds and have the same pin configuration but the coding is different.
@@SALVAGENATION i hear you bro. My car has Xenon HIDs from factory. Its currently got aftermarket LED bulbs fitted and when i fitted them it did not throw any fault codes. Does this mean that the wiring configuration on the F22 standard LCI LED plugs should be identical? If so thats certi news 🤛🏾

Hi, can you help me with my right headlight? I change all the wires like you do in the video but it won't quite work on the right side. the left side works fine after I swapped around 2 of the wires. but the right side will not work at all after swapping them all as you do in the video. I don't have a gray black but a gray and blue. hope you can help me 🙏🏻

U mentioned build date was needed to change to LCI rear lights, I recently changed to a black panel speedometer and everything works beside my LIM button doesn’t work on a 2013 F20, the black panel is from 2019, do you think changing the build date to 2019 would solve the issue?
Thats because the 2019 has a different steering stalk (SZL MODULE) that clicks and stays down/up when you engage the turn signal and a few other changes. Update that and code that to 2019 too. Also have you vo coded the speedo
@@SALVAGENATION yes I have VO coded the speedo but when I did so the build date was 2013, but it’s working nonetheless except the LIM button, which comes with the error LIM speed limit failure when pressing it. Do you reckon it would be risky to VO code the speedo again with build date 2019 when I have the pre-lci steering stalk?
The limit function failure happens where there is a version mismatch between the instrument cluster and the module inside that controls the instrument cluster in the car. You gotta update the firmware of the module if I’m not mistaken, forgot which module exactly it was that needs to be updated. Similar in the video where he flashed the REM for the tail lights to work
