I had a breast reduction when I was 18 I am now 38 about to be 39. It was one of the best decisions that I made. I was on my mom‘s insurance right before I graduated out of high school so the insurance paid for it I had to get my bras made because how big my breast work and I did exactly how you did. I cried because I couldn’t believe that they were gone so every time I see someone on RUclips or someone mentioned that they had it for production, I smile because I know the feeling, it’s undescribable.
It truly is!! I think ppl didn’t really believe me until they realized it was actually 6 pounds they took off that I was carrying around everyday 😂😂 literally the best feeling in the world to be free of so much hanging weight 🙌🏾
Have you tried silicone sheets for scars? They help scar recovery really good. Your excitement got me hyped for my 1st consultation next week. Your result looks really good.

No I didn’t get lipo the insurance doesn’t cover that part

I had my consultation for this surgery a few days ago. The doctor almost talked me out of it when he went over the side effects. It’s good to hear you had no complications. I am still a little scared, but ready for some relief on my back, neck, and shoulders. Thanks for sharing your journey ❤.
Find another surgeon, he probably just don’t know what’s he’s doing! And I’m not even being funny. I went through a few different surgeons until I found the right one. The method and technique that the surgeon use is extremely important! Wishing you the best ❤️
I know how you feel. I got mine done Sept 2013. I’ve been trying to get it done from the time I was 16 but was turned away. Did all the things I was told by Dr’s, Lose weight, Have a baby first. When my daughter turned 2 in 2013 I said I’m doing it. Finally! My insurance paid. Dr took off 8lbs of breast tissue. When I was discharged I had INSTANT shoulder and back relief. I just wished I paid extra for the Lipo the flank area. (But with exercise you can bring it down). Enjoy your new girls. 😊

I’m 58 years old and having my breasts reduced on Monday. I get such bad bad regular headaches and am hopeful they will reduce or even disappear. I’m hopeful after hearing you say your migraines have gone 🙏🏼
I use to get those same headaches too and now they’re gone 🙌🏾 How did your surgery go?
@@TheKeyisME I am three weeks post surgery and I have not had one single headache/migraine 🎉 I was getting them every few days before. My surgery went very well but I’m still sore but only when I walk. It’s like each step I take, the vibrations travel up to my chest 😅 but I think each day I am micro improving. I’ve gone from a G cup to a C and blimey what a difference. Not quite used to seeing small pert mounds over big long heavy sacks 😂 thank you so much for asking x

I was pre approved for breast reduction surgery, next is my appointment for my surgery date thank you for these videos i didn't think the sink in my shoulders would go away . My daughter have surgery this Friday.

I never lost sensation they were actually more sensitive at first lol But now they are back to normal

Would you consider doing a year later update? I'm curious to see if anythings changed or just reflecting back. I'm considering getting mine done but I'm starting college soon and the idea of going to classes post op sounds awful lol

Realistically everything was pretty much manageable after 7 days. There hasn’t been any major changes since posting this video outside of the scars fading. It’s the best decision I could have made because I feel light as a feather
