    • @tabletopskirmishgames
      @tabletopskirmishgames  Год назад

      Hey Thomas, most of the rules have stayed the same, just a few changes here and there. You don't need the cards as all the fighters cards and abilities are available for free as PDFs on the Warhammer Community site.
      If you choose the original warbands, they are pretty much a straight up 1000 points for each set so you don't have to worry about putting together a warband and adding up the points; just use all the models from the set.
      Shield, Dagger, Hammer are the deployment categories. Split your warband up in to three groups as evenly as possible. Then deploy each group as the mission tells you.
      Singles, Doubles, Triples, and Quads rules are pretty much the same. You can see them in the video series and the free core rules book is also on the community site.

      It is, but after a few games it does flow nicely. It definitely helps to stick to one army when you are learning to play. I made a mistake in the last edition of 40k to jump armies before I got the rules down, but with AoS I have stuck with Stormcast and it made it much easier.

      Those models knew the risks when they signed up 🤣 Not so easy to get the roll and minis on camera without a collision sometimes.
