      If you have the NASM textbook APPEDIX D has diagrams which I used while following along!

      @@madimelton6074 That's what I did as well. I just followed along with my textbook. Not much more was needed to understand his references.

    I LOVE the podcasts! So informative! What about a podcast about the exam, prepping for it. Or one about the assessments (physiological, postural, and dynamic movement assessments), and their corrective measures, including the muscles, exercises, and equipment. That would be super helpful! 😀

    hey thank you I am not studying to be a personal traine but I listened to your podcast and found it very informative to learn the muscles in bio physiology and anatomy it was very helpful thanks so much! I'm studying to be a nurse

    Something really cool would be to put exercises where these muscles we be used, along w/ picture of the muscles

    SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL! Use module 7 anatomy man AND Appendix D in the book for pictures of everything he is referring to.

    You said the rhomboids is superficial or underneath the trapezius, but it is actually deep compared to the traps. Is that correct?
