Set after the events of the original Blasphemous’ 2021 update Wounds of Eventide, Blasphemous 2 sees the return of the supernatural entity The Miracle, leaving The Penitent One no choice but to explore a strange unfamiliar world, defeat the monstrosities that lay in wait, and try to stop the prophetic birth of a new miracle child from coming to pass. Featuring grotesque enemies and titanic bosses clambering to return him to the grave, The Penitent One will need to utilise and master new weapons and an enhanced skillset and try to survive long enough to deliver judgment to those who stand in his way, while unravelling long forgotten secrets.

sadly this is the bad eding, the good ending does not include the second psalm. And in time probably a true ending will be added in DLC, like with the first game.

Wild Boss. He gave me a bit trouble, because when he hits, he hits hard and you dont get time to breath.
Accidentally, I discovered the "Time Stop" resonance, and shredded him to death with the blood-blade.
Time stop + Veredicto + fervour altar pieces = cheese.
Discovered it on accident while struggling against the final bosses.
You can kill them before they can do anything.

@@Wiickedll I would guess that you want Physical, Mystical, and Fire protection.
@@Chimchimchu Only fire and element protection is enough, Incarnate Devotion does only fire damage for now and his damage can be reduced to 7 if all fire protection and 2 element protection is equipped.
@@Wiickedll Didn't really change it for the boss fight, so just extra martyrdom/atonement and less guilt on death. Resistance beads would probably be the best to equip for this fight.
At this point blasphemous needs a Netflix series like Castlevania

Am I the only one who was supremely let down by the final boss? The first penitent was a good hard boss and then we get this thing. I was one hit away from first timing it and I easily beat it on my second attempt. The rest of the game was fantastic but that last boss….
I consider the second last boss the real last boss. Fecker took me a solid 20 attempts. Awesome fight

This boss is overtuned. I’m not afraid of tuff games but I beat the three bosses leading up to this on the first try and I’m on like twenty something tries now w this one. The bile flask mechanic is kinda wack too in a fast fight like this. You can only heal once ur stationary for a moment, which isn’t often here

Boss fight seems okay but.. Only and huge problem i have with first 2 phases is that you cant cut cinematic and always have to hear him talk after 5 times between phases it really gets frustrating i would love to play the game and learn the boss mechanics but i go total ZZzzzzZZ when i hear the cinematics and the explosions happen and phase 2 starts and boss just kills me 2seconds so fast and im like "DO I have to hear him talk again??" its just really bad game design from 2023 game didint had any similar issues with rest of the game or any other bosses the cinematics where is really pref lasted like 1-3seconds after the first cinematic when you encounter boss first time is longer but replays max 1 sentence here it takes 20-30sec on replay attempts its always 1min loss from my life just hearing the same per attempt is ridilous. Anyone have these same feelings and experiences with this last boss? I had to quit the boss becouse i got too bored of his talk for so long time..
Yeah, I hated it so much that I don't feel like going through this fight again, so annoying, maybe if they let it be skippable I try this fight again.

This is the second time this year I watch a game's ending to make sure wasting my time trying to defeat the final boss is worth it. This is the second time I thank i did. The cutscenes used to tell the crappy story about the couple that wanted a child were longer than this. This is lazy, way lazier than me not being interested in RElearning the mechanics of B1 final boss in order to defeat B2 final boss. Players should get paid for playing this game from Crimson Rains on

The Game feels so lazy, the final Boss literally has not a single Animation except for his idle Animation. Not even a Death Animation when you Beat him. Blasphemous 1 was so much better.
