You need to really work harder I think to make that one look good because you have to reignite people's love for it and try to evoke the senses. You want to really nail it because you need to get past the fire to make a good memorable trailer. He may have to reinvent fire and in that genesis you'll see the wonder of the universe at work.
I've always come to you for Dynamic themes since you're the original, could you touch up this one? It's significantly more left audio than right. Just needs a center and it'll be golden =) Either that or the song is just recorded that way for the game itself but, it definitely throws off my surround sound.
Nvm, I derped, had the volume so loud it jimmied my cords and my right audio was unplugged LOL =) so I replayed the song 6 Volume higher and cranked the bass. Since my dumbass neighbors wake me up at 6 am with their rap shit and slam the door 10 times a day, I played that song full blast. Which I will do again tomorrow.
Without a doubt one of the best themes in the game next to Sabrewulf's and Spinal's. But my absolute favorite part of this is the sections where it chants. It's so powerful..

Agreed, Riptor's is utterly disappointing. there's a smal 3-5 second bit at the end of an Ultra Combo that I like of her's, but to be brutally honest...her theme reminds me of Injusctie and it's style of stage music....and that's not a compliment. Almost no hype and WAY too low sounding. Aganos, Kan-Ra, Sadira, Spinal and Sabrewulf really shine! I like Omen's, even if it's a remix-ish of an already made track. TJ Combo's is still the oddball in this game xD All of a sudden a wild Hip-hop track appeared!

KazumaMikura Makes sense, but listen to Sadira's theme. That's got the heavy guitars along with the spooky sounds too, so maybe that's just the quiet part of the song and then the loud part of the same one. Or it's Cinder's theme. If it is, DANG IT'S GOOD.

An awesome remix of an awesome piece. Almost everything that has to do with this track amazes me. But there's still one thing that bugs me. Why did Mick Gordon use greek lyrics in the theme of a babylonian war machine? I mean ok, sure, the Greeks are famous and admired world-wide for their way with war throughout the ages. But the City of Babylon isn't supposed to have existed in or near greek soil. In fact, from my sources (which are in-depth school History books) Babylon used to be a great, ancient city in the general area of the modern day capital of Iraq. The books hint that it was deserted and gradually forgotten by everyone. All I'm saying is that, as far as I know, Babylon used to be connected to the Greeks through trading activities in it's humble beginnings, around 2300 B.C. Then after almost 2 millenia, the Great Alexander embodied the city to his Macedonian Empire and a few years later died there of sickness. That was the last contact that the Babylonians had with the Greeks, ever. I just find it kind of random to make this association, seemingly out of the blue.
