How is your Frosting so soft? Whenever I try to make frosting with butter it's never smooth... What should I do? And does this Frosting become hard as it has butter when we refrigerate it ?or this cake could be placed at room temperature ?
It's important to beat the butter first before adding anything else. Make sure the butter is super fluffy and smooth, then add the sugar and chocolate. It will harden but not too much, it will soften again at room temperature
Shoshana Tran As long as you refrigerate the cakes as you're making them. It's a bit on the moist and soft side when it comes out of the oven but it sets nicely once frosted and refrigerated!

Hi! You don;t need an expensive mixer to make the frosting, even a handheld mixer will work. if your frosting is too runny, perhaps your butter is too soft/melted. The butter needs to be just soft, not melted. If that happens again, just place the entire bowl of frosting into the refrigerator for an hour, then whisk again.
