@mashrurhasan5185 He means that the higher capacity battery lost because it solderd manually (like others, but it's a problem here due to being higher capacity witch means more energy and more heat)
I’ve always used aftermarket batteries because original ones couldn’t be purchased new unless you went directly to Apple. However, that has changed over the past two years, and now you can buy original OEM batteries-but only for the iPhone 12 series and later, unfortunately. For older models, it’s not an option. That’s how I did it: I simply checked Apple’s Self Service Repair website. The prices for the batteries are reasonable after returning the old one.
What I also wanted to add, which is very important, is longevity. I’ve often had cases where batteries performed well for the first two months but then drained faster than an OEM battery with 85-90% battery health.
I have used a battery with more capacity on my iPhone 6s Plus in the past (3500mah compared to 2750mah oem). I was quite happy, the autonomy lasted longer, I had like 30% to 40% more autonomy. But over time my battery still was at 100% capacity in the settings over a period of 9 months of use. That is where I discovered that iOS don't calculate the remaining battery capacity based on the battery itself, but rather based on the capacity recorded as the design one. After a while the battery started to discharge quickly, and suddenly the capacity displayed in the settings dropped to 81%. I do not recommend all batteries with extra capacity. If it's 10% more maximum, that's already very good. But beyond that you take risks.
Considering the reduced price, the aftermarket is a good choice, but you are right in your statement. Original batteries are harder to find, and if you go to Apple it will cost more. Thanks for your thoughts, I will take your good opinions into account when I create more content
@ do you think it would be better to get a 5000mah magnetic MagSafe wireless charger for an iPhone XR with like 71% health rather than change the battery. The power bank is way cheaper than an actual battery replacement where I live and I don’t see myself using this phone for more than a year from now Also if u can, i feel like it would be a good experiment for a future video: low BH iPhone with budget MagSafe powerbank vs 100% BH iPhone without powerbank
hey i got OEM batery for my iphone 12 it says 100% in 3utools but in powerutil shortcut on iphone says 90% iam not sure which is right? 3utools or the Shortcut on iphone plz reply❤❤❤
I use 3utools and I don't complain. If you still have doubts about the health of the battery, you can connect it to a battery programmer and it will show you the real health (if you haven't installed it on your phone)
Hello, the phone was the same, I did a test every day with each battery separately. The first day I did the test with its 74% battery, the next day I removed the battery and put in the aftermarket one...and so on.
Finally, what we've been waiting for🙌🙌, we really appreciate your effort man. Keep it going 👍❤
Thanks!
High capacity would win but due to the manual soldering, it’s not perfectly transferring energy
Can you explain further?

my oem battery on my iPhone 8 rn is pregnant idk should I get another oem battery or not @@lvaItix
@ I have had cases where the aftermarket battery lasted 2 years without problems, after which it discharged faster. It depends on the brand
Do experiments like this, we love it
I will do more!!😁

The aftermarket Deji Battery was a Deji High Capacity Model of 3510mAh / The standard size of IPhone 13 is 3240 mAh
Yes, I noticed this too, although I bought it normally, I received it with increased capacity
but the battery life difference is more drastic than the capacity
Good work guy!
Thanks!🤝

@@TickTech03 what type of battery programer?
Try using iphone 14 cell on iphone 13 if it fits in
can you replace with carbon battries like the type used in new phones ?
brilliant idea, but I couldn't find to buy...
Link for the After market batteries
aftermarket batteries that claim more capacitry most of the time are false.. if you remove the sticker on top you will see the original capcity
Appreciated 👍
Eh 90% health on oem is a significant drop up to a couple hours
After market battery just got swallow within a spam of 2 to 3 months 😢
Teste muito bom
the phone was downloading an update in aftermarket extra capacity. Obviously it'll use extra juice. Run those testa again bro
Yes, the upgrade was being downloaded, but it was not installed. In all cases the test ran with ios 18.2
so apple OEM parts are as shi!ty as ever 😂
These aftermarket batteries are not last long only 6 months
Please how come we're using three phones in the drain test meanwhile we're sticking with just three different batteries
