I really love Nomad's dialogue with his POCs (Bowman, Mitchell, Haruhi). He has this drive to get the mission done, regardless of the circumstances.

You have to play operation motherland and you’ll find the first bit of it as you go through the initial missions. Then you can keep finding more upgrades as you progress or explore the map.
