Delta 2925: 757-200 Emergency Landing Due to Bird Strike/Engine Issues

A non-event occurred on this lovely Saturday afternoon. You might be wondering how a non-event can occur, as those two words seem contradictory. But rest assured a non-event is still an occurrence and this incident is a perfect example. Delta 2925 was operating a regularly scheduled flight from ORF-ATL and presumably suffered a bird strike at some point during the approach. What followed was a routine emergency that I just happened to be present for, which is why you are privy to it now.

Great capture! I was actually on a 752 from ATL to FLL same day, and on flightradar it says my flight took off the same minute the emergency aircraft landed!
