It’s so crazy, listening to this in 2024 and cheering him on as he hits high notes from behind my headphones. I started listening to him in 2017, and i can’t believe it was almost seven years ago! Celeb you are still one of my favorite cover artists but musicians as well. Insane to be here, keep being you and i’ll keep listening!!

Wonderful. You really show the pain of Cassandra well in how she’s always on the sidelines serving Rapunzel and doesn’t get to show her capabilities . Love how you hit the high notes at the end 👏👏👏👏👏
Please can you cover “A Place Called Slaughter Race” from Ralph Breaks The Internet and “I’d Give Anything” from Tangled
It's a great cover, but the character motivation always felt a bit off to me.
I mean, she's not even 18, and at that point she had already lead a successful rescue mission for a member of the royal family. Plus her dad was the captain of the royal guard and she was personal friends with the crown princess (both of which also somewhat dulls her class resentment). She was absolutely on a track to become more, she was just like the typical teenager: no patience.

I get that Cassandra hated being overlooked, at the time was under the delusion that her mother Gothel loved her and Rapunzel got everything she felt was hers due to Cassandra being blood related to Gothel , so I kind of understand her motivation
What was her AIM? Kill Rapunzel? Take over Corona ? Even Rapunzel herself asked what Cassandra wanted and after she got what she wanted , what would be left for her ?

Cassandra **is** over 18 when the series starts actually. She is 22 when the series starts, and a lot of her motivation came from the fact that her royal guard father was also tryin to coddle her all those yrs and made her wait so long before finally gettin an actually important job... And she got stuck literally waitin in the wings for the princess
By the third ssn, a 24 yr old Cass had felt like her life was passin her by and she wasnt ever allowed to be the things she dreamed of bein; and then on top of that she had her mind manipulated by a toxic abuser who wanted to use her for her own ends...
So like, youre doin a major disservice to her character and her exps and what drove her here; when you call a 24 yr old woman a typical teenager with no patience

Similarly but less epically at times bcuz of a diff format as aimed at younger audiences, Lion Guard, a Lion King continuation series about the adventures of Simba's second child, is chockfull of grt songs; includin some truly epic ones, and some hidden gem villain songs in a similar vein to Cass' songs here
