I imagine anyone who does traditional double-lock standing seam work would never stop puking to see this installation. It seems a pity to use the materials and fall so short with all those shortcuts, and especially for exposed fasteners. This is just sad. I hope nobody who sees this video thinks that this is the kind of work that they should aspire to.

Let's waste 1,000 dollars in copper a put a screw in the middle of the valley. Traditional double lock guy here...when I wake up in the middle of the night sweaty and screaming out in terror...my wife asks me what I saw...an exposed fastener in copper...

I knew it was not professional, one must wear gloves so oil on skin does not mark up copper and discolor it,ridge was not double folded and screws holding down rake edge.

How you lock your top it’s just a ridge cap

How’s the panels locked to the ridge at corners caulking you only put on a ridge cap? Are you a real metal man ? You screwed your rake metal instead of a cleat jw
