Seraphs is the only good item, but even then it feels bait man. Nunu needs max dmg only or else he’s useless pig.
IMO best core is storm-proto-banshees/zhonya
Generally only use W/Q in lane, or E if you want to proc Elec or go for kill. Otherwise just shove wave and look for gank.
I play similar to the Korean challenger Nunu mid and he never builds tear/mana items
