Hey hoping you could tell me if that huge golden strip (or tape) at 1:49 is similar to the copper tape at 5:33 on the main board. Does the first tape help with cooling? Just asking because the tablet gets slightly warm on the screen where that first tape is located under the screen.
Can the usb port be replaced? Mine us broken and nokia repair center says this is not covered by warrenty
Yeah, if you can find the part, you can replace that sub board that has the USB port soldered onto it. But probably will be difficult to find the part. You can try finding a repair shop which might have actual usb ports to replace by de soldering and soldering a new one but you would have to look around to find one.

If it's under warranty contact nokia to have it replaced. If not, you can try taking it apart to make sure the cable is connected properly or it may need a new screen/touch replacement.

You're welcome. I believe its under the larger shield that the copper tape was over, but the shield was soldered down onto the board and not removable so I didn't want to damage the board by removing it.

Hello mister. I have this tablet. It dropped in water and have water stain on the corner and camera doesn't work. Can the water dry out? Can I use it? Will it last longer or not?
You would have to take it apart, disconnect the battery, dry out any water or moisture, and use a small brush like a tooth brush to brush off any corrosion around chips or connectors. Then you would have to try it and see if it will work.

would be a combination of the volume up and power button being pressed together, or volume down and power button together to get into the bootloader menu. Not exactly sure.
My tablet did not turn on after a normal reset what you think it cud be?
Not sure, it can be software issues, battery issues or other things. Try holding the volume down and power key for 30 seconds to see if it boots, or try flashing the original firmware (you would need to google how to do that) to see if that would work.
Same here this happened after android 12 update and no fixes till now this a global problem

same here after the update. i kept it in my drawer since. now i will try to disconnect the battery then reconnect and hopefully it will fix the issue

I dropped my tablet in the water and it is not working as it the screen flashes
The resolution on the T20 seems overkill and is a really nice tablet for my basic needs, because all I wanna do is scan text books and use it as an e-reader and the battery size is fantastic, but android OS after 19 yrs will not allow adjustment of resolution and other visual effects to save even more power, so that sucks. And Nokia won't allow that as well. I like the Onyx boox tablet but it's only in black & white, not colour which in 2022 is nuts.

Guys I used this for almost one year each days my use was about 12 to 13 hrs and not anger 1 yr my battery life is 4 to 5 hrs a day it sucked
