personally I think hanna has gone through the most out of all the liars. She was teased the most by Alison, caleb has broken her lots, her best friend was A, her best friend and died and went into Radley, her mum got arrested, she got arrested twice, she was most affected by the doll house, she got kidnapped by AD, she killed Dr Rollins, she had to brake off her engagement, she had to watch her best friend date the man she loves. I honestly think she is the strongest out of them all.
I completely agree. Hanna is the strongest. She also is the sweetest and most loyal out of all of the girls. Everyone says Emily is but the only reason is she didn't give up on Alison but that's because she was in love with her. Hanna became friends with Mona and Lucas and protected them and the girls.
The cops also had something on her (especially Wilden) and Alison always called her Hefty Hanna Marin, but she didn't call anyone else in the group for other names only Hanna. Hanna was always so close to Mona aka A. 'A' was always after her.

I love Hanna in my opinion she has the best back story out of all of them she has such a messed up life and she is so strong I think everything changed with Hanna threw the years and she is so relatable for some people
I used to think that Hanna was a character that wasn't necessary for this show. That she was just an extra character that they chose to include. But she's so much more than that. She shares her opinion and has gone through so much. She's such an amazing character but I never realized it. Mona's still my favorite character though.
