Announcing Dallas Street Seats

Over the past few weeks, the Better Block Foundation has been working with the City of Dallas on a permanent program for protected structures that extend seating into a parking spot. We created two designs that can fit a variety of spaces. Once you go through the permitting process, you'll get all the details for these designs--every cut, piece of hardware, and lesson learned.
The designs range in estimated price from $6,000-$12,000 (materials and labor).
