How cool would that be, the joystick would be as tall as a person. You'd have to have one person jumping on each button.

U can’t push orange or purple to play as those characters. Ur stuck as Leo or in the corner. I’m sorry but for the love of god! Why can’t we just play it like the arcade? I want Raph I push red buttons. I thought this was supposed to replicate the arcade version?

Doesn't appear to have HDMI out unless I'm missing something. If you are going to play 4 player that would be helpful.

Wats with the issue of not letting us choose our damn characters? The arcade let us push on Raphael and start or Michelangelo and start as him so yes the arced let u choose. This quarter size the the replica so I don’t understand why we can push one of the four colored character buttons and play? So does that mean the other 3 sticks are useless? I don’t get it? Everything is amazing and I’m buying one but u can play like the real arcade.
With all the stuff this dude get and free things he gets to advertise, does he ever once done any give always??????

You're missing the point of these... these are collectibles. Playability is secondary, accuracy comes first. You can always go buy a cheap Arcade 1up if you want to play like that.
They sent me the controllers but not the Arcades yet lol.

The side art? I need to look at the original. I admit don't remember. I have Dig Dug from this company and it's well made and looks great but that's all I know of them. I see the photoshop issues now.

That's not how scale works. If you scale up, you're pulling in all 3 dimensions x4 simultaneously.
@@CoryB_1980 I know how scaling works.1/4 scale is 1/64th the volume of the original. I am just doubting the scale because this looks like 12" tall in the video. I guess Madlittlepixel is just a tall guy because it is actually 17" which puts it in the ballpark.

If they made the OG TMNT arcade game, with licensed music, I'd buy one for display. Won't ever happen, licensed music excluded from cowabunga collection so no way this boutique company would do it.

Nice. I had an old madcatz controller years ago it had a mini joystick you could put into the d-pad, I forget what it was called but this was back in the 90's when Madcatz were actually good and before they died out like 10-15 years ago whenever it was lol. I also had a hybrid multi-console Madcatz controller it looked like a hybrid SNES/Sega Genesis controller that was transparent and had two ends to plug in an SNES on and Sega Genesis one. I wish 1up would make a counter cade version of Turtles in Time, that would be dope have it 4 players so it would be heavier and wider than the standard MK, SF countercades etc but I'd buy it!
Why do they butcher the original arcade game on these re releases. The voice announcing the stage is missing. I also bet some characters are missing. The Arcade 1up machine I bought has similar edits. I bet I paid less than this one costs lol. I found my 1up machine on clearance for 100 bucks
Actually, the voice-over applies with every stage except for Big Apple 3 A.M. in the first loop. After beating the game, the announcer will mention that stage's name.
I just got this yesterday. I'm really excited. If they make a Mortal Kombat 2 cabinet or NBA Jam I'd be all over it

I want one of these, but the controls are usb connection, the screen to be like 10inch HDMI IPS display, nice speakers, and can put whatever computer or android device you want inside the case.
Also customize the vinals. That's a big business right there.

I can appreciate that they wanted to go for accuracy, but they pretty much chucked playability out the window for more than two people (and even two would be awkward). What I would have liked to see instead is an oversized (relative to the rest of it) control panel with full-sized sticks and buttons for two players. Players 3 and 4 could then be added with the optional gamepads.
But for somebody (like a collector) who cares more about the optics than the playability, this looks really good. And $300 isn't a bad price. It's not great, but at least it doesn't feel overpriced.

One of my all time favorite games. My hands are way too big to even attempt to play this thing, though. Is there an even smaller version out there? I would love to have one that scales with my Neca Turtles in Time figures.
