    If I use a bar for curls I always use an EZY bar. Otherwise, I use dumbbells. Thanks for this.

    I use wrist wraps whenever I do bicep curls with the straight bar.

      Yes it does, so straight bar is better. If you have elbow problems use fatgrip/bar.

      Just my experience, but I got serious pain from EZ Bar curls after prolonged use, I was told by a Sports Physio to go back to straight bar, the pain went.

    I hear alot that ez bar grip position will hurt your gains compared to straight bar curl. Any truth to this? Or not much difference

      Its true. The ez bar works your brachialis, forearms AND the biceps. So you will get less stimulation. Thats why straight bar is better cuz it only stimulates the biceps.

    Totally opposite for me. EZ Bar curls hurt my wrists. Straight Bar solved that problem for me.

    EZ Bar cable curls are elite. But a nice cheating heavy barbell bicep curl feels damn good too :-)
