He was a Sr.Combat Medic and there isn't a day that doesn't pass that I don't Thank GOD that he came home alive. Judges like him can do more good rather than harsh punishments. I once got a police officer let me go with a speeding ticket & because of his kindness, I ALWAYS OBEYED THE SPEED LIMITS BECAUSE OF THIS EXPERIENCE.

I have had anxiety and depression since I can remember... it is no fun that's for sure. I feel for that vet, but his anxiety and depression is caused from war, mine is from God knows what, whether it be a chemical imbalance in the brain or what but its a real struggle that much I do know and it wears a person out because you can't just shut it off like a light switch!
Same but I turned to drink in order to mask it. Only makes things worse the next day. Why would your own brain do this to you? Life's a trip. May every anxiety ridden person get better. ✌️

This is actually the Intermediate Value Theorem from College Algebra... But the application falls victim to false initial assumptions; namely that one must drive the speed limit exactly, no faster, no slower. If this were true, then yes, an instantanious speed change from 35 to 25 would violate continuity and she would have absolutely been correct. But, since a speed limit is exactly that, an upper bound, it's possible to satisfy the constraints of the system by simply going 25 before hitting the new speed limit. Actually, inequality contraints are often very easy to satisfy, generally speaking. Still, her statement was very intelligent.
She didn’t insult the war hero. I can see both sides, on the one hand it’s great to be compassionate and show the upmost respect to those that served their country, on the other hand he really did fly through that red light, that’s how accidents happen. What if he’d have caused a serious accident that day simply because he was late to an appointment. I’m glad there are Judges like this one and he does a fantastic job but I don’t think it’s fair to accuse someone of insulting a war hero simply because she thought he should be accountable for flying through a red light. Just by the words this judge used to address the veteran in his court shows this man is not only a patriot but also a compassionate patriot that reveres the people who serve our country. Add that on top of the fact he shows care and concern for every person that shows up in front of him makes this judge amazing. The people of Providence are lucky to have him.
As a pedestrian I chose not to drive because it overwhelms me and after getting hit by a texting driver that is it for me. So now I walk and bus to work. I have almost been hit by speeding cars running through red signals. Cars, busses, and even cops have almost hit me. I don’t cross the street if there is a red hand even if it is clear. Maybe I am paranoid now but if I did get hit by someone I would probably not be able to make it to court. I do sometimes wonder if those that I have seen run red lights that could have killed me if I was not paying attention got away with a slap on the wrist. I do hope the vet gets some help and I am happy the judge let him go. Still think maybe he should not be on the road if he keeps doing it. It is obviously overwhelming for him.
I live with my dad just to help out with stuff. He has PTSD, due to his service as an Army Ranger. So I know how what PTSD looks like. And he is truly suffering from PTSD. It breaks my heart.
My heart goes out to our veterans but this gentleman (Veteran) had you fined him I would have ran in to pay his fine ! Even thoe I know in this case you wouldn't but you can obviously see he was affected by his service to this country. Some people don't understand how it affects our veterans ! I do not think that she was insulting that war hero... I think that she meant that the war hero did deserve a chance or a break, but still, the war hero that risked his life for everyone just endangered someone else at a crossing by hurrying to his treatment... and no one knows if he looked around before crossing or it was just sheer luck that nobody came - rightfully - from the left - or from the right -. Giving him a "full pardon" was a risky move, but I really hope that it worked out and he still will be more careful in the future... and stay a hero.

I have always got anxious when I had to be somewhere. I would drive wreckless. Not now days. I'm older and I realize I don't have to speed to please my employers or mother. I feel what that War Vet feels. Trying to be a pleaser.
I thank the war vet for his service, the lady that the judge ask to pay the $20 for the parking tickets the judge give her a brake but she could not simpertize with a veteran that stand for saving lives, unbelievable.

Just by the words this judge used to address the veteran in his court shows this man is not only a patriot but also a compassionate patriot that reveres the people who serve our country. Add that on top of the fact he shows care and concern for every person that shows up in front of him makes this judge amazing. The people of Providence are lucky to have him.

As a pedestrian I chose not to drive because it overwhelms me and after getting hit by a texting driver that is it for me. So now I walk and bus to work. I have almost been hit by speeding cars running through red signals. Cars, busses, and even cops have almost hit me. I don’t cross the street if there is a red hand even if it is clear. Maybe I am paranoid now but if I did get hit by someone I would probably not be able to make it to court. I do sometimes wonder if those that I have seen run red lights that could have killed me if I was not paying attention got away with a slap on the wrist. I do hope the vet gets some help and I am happy the judge let him go. Still think maybe he should not be on the road if he keeps doing it. It is obviously overwhelming for him.

I live with my dad just to help out with stuff. He has PTSD, due to his service as an Army Ranger. So I know how what PTSD looks like. And he is truly suffering from PTSD. It breaks my heart.
My heart goes out to our veterans but this gentleman (Veteran) had you fined him I would have ran in to pay his fine ! Even thoe I know in this case you wouldn't but you can obviously see he was affected by his service to this country. Some people don't understand how it affects our veterans ! I do not think that she was insulting that war hero... I think that she meant that the war hero did deserve a chance or a break, but still, the war hero that risked his life for everyone just endangered someone else at a crossing by hurrying to his treatment... and no one knows if he looked around before crossing or it was just sheer luck that nobody came - rightfully - from the left - or from the right -. Giving him a "full pardon" was a risky move, but I really hope that it worked out and he still will be more careful in the future... and stay a hero.

I thank the war vet for his service, the lady that the judge ask to pay the $20 for the parking tickets the judge give her a brake but she could not simpertize with a veteran that stand for saving lives, unbelievable.
