What a shame the audience only seem to consider this delightful music is just background music to their talking and dropping bottles. A great group. Love this tune. Would love to hear it sung again without the sound dropping out.
Chloe continues to charm audiences around the world! She is absolutely a National Treasure!! Hard to believe it's been four years since this was first posted. The only thing that could improve this performance is if Chloe had player clarinet as well. Thanks to James Sterling for posting!
After recording videos of live jazz for the past 5 years on Frenchmen Street I have come to accept the crowded and noisy bars as necessary to the livelihood of the bands. Most folks are there to drink and have a good time, and the music is just an attraction. The larger the crowds and the more they drink, the more money the bands make in tips and from their cut of the bar. And believe me, right now the bands (and me) would love it if there were crowded, noisy bars to play in.
+Chloe Feoranzo And everyone in the audience had a great time! Please come back to Frenchmen Street soon. April during French Quarter Festival would be perfect with thousands of music fans in town hungry for good music. And I'll be one of them!
+James Sterling Just finished watching "Pokey LaFarge Live in Zurich" on RUclips. Check out Chloe at the 7 minute mark playing "Fan it"...the Bob Wills song...she does a great job !
Yes and no...bars bring in live music to attract more patrons, so a proportion of the patrons are there to listen to the entertainment. The bands play in limited sets so there’s ample time for rowdy conversation in between. In my opinion a lot more respect should be shown to the entertainment and to those that want to listen.
Lovely! So beautiful sounding. However, it is like driving a new Ferrari to a demolition derby...crowd/background noise spoils it. Chloe can sing to me any day of the week.
It's the way of AMerica. Hoot, hollar, whistle during performances, to basically ruin everyone else's enjoyment of the entertainment. Go to any concert, and listen to the excitable boys and girls in the crowd making noise instead of listening to the artists.

I feel sorry for the singer for having to play in such a venue. She deserves better.
I want to yell to the crowd to Shut Up! She’s fantastic
Great talent!! In spite of the noise these are all very excellent musicians!

Chloe Feoranzo is such a lovely and talented woman , makes me wish i was 25 years younger :)
Chloe is beautiful 😍
Love it Chloe, especially the clanking of the beer bottles in the back ground. :>).
Sorry for the audio quality. For some reason the right channel drops out. Chloe gave a really amazing performance of this classic.
+James Sterling Thanks for posting this! We had such a great time at that gig.

I will! Hopefully will be down there a little before April :)
+Chloe Feoranzo Fantastic! I'll watch your FB page and web site for the dates.

A wonderful performance.
very well played by all
I would tell everyone to shut up. This performance is belongs in Avery Fisher Hall. All the musicians are superb.
You ain't just woofin' STFU. Listen to the art Pearls before swine..
@@machtschnell7452 This reminds me of a lively luncheon crowd at a popular jewish deli in Abington, Pa.
I'm in love with CF:)
John Armstrong : Moi aussi, mais elle n’y croit pas ! 😢😢
Join the queue!
great
Love that figure. Oh, the music too.
The audience noise is the price you pay for playing in bars. They're there to drink!

Oh god, did she just dance? I've got Wanda Jacksonitis again, I can't believe she's real!
(World’s finest apples)
She will continue to improve and hopefully find great musicians to work with again. This is certainly wonderful though.
I wish the band would keep it down - I can't hear the audience.
possible to name the other musicians?
Nahum Zdybel (lead guitar), Keith Penney (accordion), Molly Reeves (rhythm guitar), Josh Gouzy (bass), Chloe Feoranzo (Clarinet)
Who is the guitarist by the window?
The young lady with the headband is Molly Reeves. The other guitarist is her husband, Nahum Zdybel.
I think that's Keith Richards
She takes these boring old songs that I hate, and makes them unforgettable. Just as Marla does, in a different way.
nice art of entertaiment !! too bad, poor audio quality ...
