I find these lottery winners to be intelligent, responsible with their winnings several if these I watched wanted just a modest paid for home - Good for them !

I think some people are wise. This woman is wise. She did not spend 5 million on a 6 million winning. Others would. She’s thinking long term, upkeep, mortgage rate, she’s intelligent.
I always think it’s funny they say I’m not afraid of work. I can take on projects. Then David finds them one & then they want one that they don’t have to do any work on.
The 1500sqf tiny home reminded me of The Office where Jim says "Jim Halpert: Okay, just so I understand it. In your wildest fantasy, you are in hell and you are co-running a bed and breakfast with the devil" 🤣
I think he knows, but it's part of the "suspense" and "tension" the show has to create for that episode. Ultimately the woman seemed to want to build her own from the start, so it builds the tension.. "nah, none of these... you know what? I think building my own is the right choice...."

Loud and awful wall colors, kitchen cabinets of varying heights and depths, an oven that sticks out halfway into the room, and scattershot, ill-advised flooring choices. There is nothing wrong with this house! And there is no such thing as loud wall colors. The farmhouse sink is lovely and it is so cute! Nothing g is wrong with it.
This price point doesn't belong on Lottery Dream Home. Its boring. We want to see those purchasing multi million dollar homes. Not homes where the maids and lawnmowers live.👎🏻
I love seeing down-to-earth people who want to continue to lead normal lives, being happy being able to afford to do that. Really, the ridiculously huge mansions for two people are not what I like seeing in this show.
Actually, she is very wise and smart because she wants to save money for traveling, save for emergency fund, pay off college education, credit cards, shared some with family and investment on some business.
