There are tens of thousands of sites hidden in our forests that can tell us of past histories and stories. These could be lumps and bumps, old buildings or even aspects of the natural environment itself. All we have to do is gout out into the nation’s forests and ask the questions. From prehistoric settlements to world war training areas, you’d be surprised at why you might discover.
