I usually have a junk paperback on my table to use for scrap, and I slip it inside such projects to help me burnish my glue. Thanks for this video!

Just came across this page. The box is lovely :) Will it fit an 8 x 8 card?
Thank you so much 😁! unfortunately it won’t fit an 8 x 8 card however I do have a box that will fit one in another video here: ruclips.net/video/v2lvA3QGb3g/видео.htmlsi=ekQzo1cN0MmqCR1c

What a lovely box you sound like you are from the North East Xx
Thank you for your kind comments! 😊 I am from the North East xx
Me too I live in Ouston near Chester le st thanks for your demos xx
Thank you for your lovely tutorial and inspiration. I am going to make some of these for teachers gifts next week. Could you please tell me what the finished measurements are? I have a huge bar of Galaxy chocolate, it measures ten and a half by five and three-quarter inches. I wonder if that may also fit your box. Thank you 😍
Hi thank you for your lovely comments. The finished box size is 6 7/8width x 5 1/4 height x 3/4 inch depth. Unfortunately the envelope board doesn’t make the size box you require. I have a tutorial on how to gift wrap chocolate bars. You could use a 12 x 12 inch paper and score one side at 3/4 inch then 11 2/8 and on the other side score at 8 7/8 and 3 1/8. I hope this helps 😊

Thanks for subbing :)
@@contentacrafts your very welcome
Why dont you use laundry clips to keep it in place... keep your fingers clean and it does not cramp up...
That’s a great idea, thanks for the tip.
Can you do a video for a floral envelope box?
Hi, just uploaded a floral envelope box to my channel today 😀
Ilove you somuch miss you
😊
😊
You did not mention where the first punch starts
Hi for the first measurement line your card at 4 inches then punch and score your first line. 😊
What is the finished size of the box please?
Hi there, the final size is 6” 7/8 width x 5” 1/4 height x 3/4” depth 😊
@@contentacrafts thanks. I’m looking to make this type of box but it has to be 7 1/4 x 5 1/4 or so even 7 1/2 x 5 1/2. I want to put several 5x7 cards in it as a gift.
Hi, you could try a piece of card that measures 10 1/2“ x 10 1/2“ and use score line 4 1/2” and also to make the depth use score line 5” on the envelope punch board. This should make a box size of 5 1/2 x 7 1/2. I hope this works for you.
@@contentacrafts oh thank you so much for this! I stink at math so no way I’d have figured it out on my own!
