    Wrist isolation was great!

Hey, greetings from Germany :D I love how active your channel has been for the last few months, I'm not missing a single video!
A quick question: I know these weight balls come in different weights and sizes. What weight / size do you recommend for the exercises in this video?

Great question, a lot is personal preference and how strong you are, but for the wrist isolation I wouldn’t go too heavy, maybe a pound up to 2 or 3 pounds. Then for the two hands you could go a little heavier. Use your own judgement though, it should be a good burn on the muscle and no strain. Hope that helps.

Is it worth passing like a normal ball if your rotator cuff is good? I stretch my shoulder every day

I don't think it's worth the risk especially when there are alternative drills like the wrist iso's and the two hand over the head. I also like using a regular ball to increase wrist strength because what you want is the quick twitch muscle work. The drill at 1:36 in this video really helped my wrist: ruclips.net/video/cAF800i__DI/видео.htmlsi=lr05M6G9HGGMXgpd
