Well, you may be surprised when I tell you that none of them is actually the most expensive, that unique title belongs to my own home town! that's right! Hong Kong. Now I do you one better. What are the most expensive houses of the most expensive real estate market in the world? Well, I have prepared an incredible top 10 that pretty much answers that question!

This is Sara Jane Ho, expert of etiquette and founder of the Institute Sarita finishing school.

As I traveled and immersed myself in different cultures, I discovered that people all over the world want to have a sense of belonging. I was a student at Harvard Business School and thinking about what I wanted to do in life when it hit me: I had lost my mother to cancer, but I could keep her legacy alive by sharing the joy and love that she brought to others through entertaining. I took a leap of faith and opened the first finishing school for ladies in China in 2012. Today that leap of faith has grown into several thriving ventures.
As China opens its doors to the world, I want to continue elevating women and give them the tools to feel confident in any situation. This passion of mine has evolved into a business I want to continue nourishing and sharing with people around the world.
Love this video and you did a good job covering the outrageous HK properties and their prices. It is nice to see these exclusive ultra expensive homes that are for sale at the peak of the HK island.
When I was in HK, I met someone who was worth around $50 million and lived in the mid level. He said he felt poor versus the real rich people at the peak ..love for you to review Shanghai ..thanks

First off! You are phenomenal! What a GREAT presentation! Succinct and factual! Most RUclips real-estate presentation are complete BS! Next I knew HK was expensive but I knew very little about the Homes there---kind of knew about the Peak but this Really was an eye opener. Thank you for this!

22 baker road used to be the residence of the belgian consul general. My dada sold it in the name of the government. Belgium opened 5 embassy's across the world. We lived in it for 1 year before moving midlevels after the sale
For 10 million dollars you can have one of the best houses in Brussels on Archimède street and one of the safest because it is right next to the European institutions .

I love Shenzhen , but Hong Kong is my home over in Happy Valley.
I lived in Hong Kong for four years. In Central. Queens Road Central. HK is my favorite city in Asia. Yes, it’s expensive for housing. Oddly enough though taxi fares are cheap. Great nightlife (before Covid!). Loved the Captains Bar in the Mandarin Oriental hotel. “Berlin” was my favorite waiter/server in that bar. Lan Kwai Fong is good too. Lots of expats would go there to drink and eat. I loved the bar “Insomnia”. Wan Chai is great too. More wild. I would usually start off in Lan Kwai Fong and end up in Wan Chai. Miss HK. Hopefully they can get their act together soon and reopen things again.

I think you forgot to mention Brigitte Lin's mansion on Kowloon Peak near Fei Ngo Shan, it is worth a BILLION HONG KONG DOLLARS!!! I live very near it and was there to witness the tragedy when it caught on fire last month.

Great video Sara! When the Chinese billionaires come to America or anywhere else in the world to buy properties it's a bargain for them compare to what they can buy in H.K. Peak. They get a lot more bang for their buck that's for sure.
I think living on a 100metre super yacht by the bay near HK, would be cheaper than buying in the Peak!

I love Hong Kong. I’m looking to exchange my waterfront house on Long Island New York for a property in Hong Kong. It’s 7000 Sq ft home on 40000 Sq ft lot. It has indoor pool and indoor basketball (1/4 size) court.

Awful properties with amazing purchase prices why anyone would choose to live in them is difficult to fathom - strange world !!
The inside must be spectacular. The views are the most coveted, and they are good investments, if you have the money.
For that amount of money you can buy much better properties in better locations, the people who buy those apartments is probably for status, either that or they got too much money and just need to spend it
