The Hawaii panel is easier to find, I think. But the context of what's going on starts with JIB Con. SPNConGirl has a good video of the Hawaii panel.

Hallows HP fair enough. He does seem very charitable. However, Jared and Jensen both do a lot too. I love all the cast of Supernatural personally, a lot of people like to pit Jared and Jensen against each other which is a real shame and hard for me to understand as I’m a fan of the show as a whole.
