Mark is a whiner so nobody should support him, he should've retired 9 years ago. Also Brock would've beaten him regardless, steroids don't give you skills. That version of Mark wasn't going to beat anybody nor has he beat anyone convincingly since Roy Nelson perhaps, even then Roy is another joke. I don't even know Mark's last legit win. Half of his fights have been jokes. Pretty much his whole MMA career has been a joke.
Bikini Doll Steroids might not improve your skill but they definitely do improve levels of strength, aggression and recovery. PCP doesn't give you skills either but I wouldn't want to face someone off their head.

Hunt is right. He's fighting a guy juiced up and the promo should take responsibility. These are guys who could kill with their arms and legs, giving them extra advantage is just wrong. Hunt deserves the compensation. Of course the UFC knew before booking the fight, they just hide it until the promo is done and all of this swept under the carpet

It sucks to say this, but after watching this interview, I have a strong feeling they will cut Hunt if he loses (or even if he wins). And I think there is some intelligence to what Alistair said about how if he were in this situation, he'd handle it in private. When you're disparaging the company you work for in public and you're claiming it's illegitimate, I just don't think that's a good idea. Not saying Hunt shouldn't sue them or that he's in the wrong. He's not in the wrong. It's just not smart the way he's going about it.
Then again, maybe he wants to be cut. Who knows?

after seeing this, i actually feel really sorry for mark hunt. he's 100% right and he's getting completely screwed over for it, and very few people care.
I agree with Mark. He fought Big Foot, Big Foot failed the drug test. He fought Mir, Mir failed the drug test. He fought Lesnar, Lesnar failed the drug test. Then he fought Overeem and Overeem has used the juice many times before. Mark had every right to be suspicious.

My family have know Mark Hunt for 10 years and we consider him as family and I trained with him and he’s right every guy he fought were on steroids except for Fedor

It's not like he will beat everyone if they don't take steroids but it's just not fair.I don't know how anyone can think that Lesnar,Overeem,Romero,Lombard etc. don't abuse steroids.Respect for Hunt never dodge and still fighting at age of 42!
I actually do believe that overeem has at least mostly stopped roiding up. He was juiced for the longest time, ya, but his more recent fights and the way he’s built now is a good sign. He dropped some weight for a while there, too
Anyone caught using anabolic steroids or any PED in a combat sport should be banned for life in my opinion. Possession of anabolic steroids without a valid prescription is illegal in many states and countries so how come you don't hear of athletes being criminally prosecuted. I know Marion Jones was sentenced to 6 months but I believe that was for actually lying to federal investigators about her use of steroids rather than for actually taking them. A year in jail might be the incentive people need to stay clean.

I got money on Hunt because I believe in his power and love his personality. I hope he's focused on the fight though his mind seems to be everywhere else.
All the "clean" fighters should be 100% behind Hunt on this, these cheaters are making a lot of money beating guys who are clean and its not fair. Brock will have made at least 10 million plus off the fight against Hunt knowing fine well he was jacked to the gills and that he was never going to fight again. He got fined a small percentage, way less than 10% when you count in all his sponsors and PPV money. Hunt deserves at least half of his money if not all of it IMO.

Mark Hunt is right to be pissed. Unfortunately, business is business to the suits. Dana would see money over fighter fairness, so would the board and everyone other bighead in the UFC. I don't see the issue with giving Hunt the clause, at least give a hefty % of their wage to the opponent. They get cut 10-20% for missing weight, but won't for popping roids? Makes no sense.
I mean, the fact that they get 50k bonuses for fighting like warriors, but they'll pay a fighter as low as 5k/5k. Just shows it's about the value to the business more than their health or dignity. It makes total business sense, but not moral sense. Welcome to life I suppose.
I worry about Mark Hunts mentality going into this fight. The good thing for his is one clean shot and Overeem is unconscious. Not a good match up for Reem, a chinny fighter up against maybe the hardest hitter in the sport.
I'm from Holland, I hope Overeem wins. But Hunt speaks some truth here. Big respect! True fighter.

Completely agree with Hunt on most of these issues. A homerun in baseball, is a brain trauma in MMA. IMO the excuse that, "well everyone is doing it" sets a bad precedent, and people who argue for it are likely steroid-users themselves.
People can say what they want, Mark Hunt was spot on here.. What do fighters get out of cheating, honestly, alright it best you might win a title but really when you're looking back on it, can you really say you won it.

fact # 1 overeem has 1000 times more technique than hunt and is way more well rounded. no amount of steroids can do that
fact # 2 overeem was not on steroids for this fight and is evident by his physique, yet he totally dominated hunt
fact # 3 overeem > hunt all day
At the end of the day, the UFC is technically cleaner than most other sports now that it has USADA.
I like and respect Mark, he's right about putting a monetary penalty for cheaters. I hope Hunt it will be a shame if he's no longer fighting in the near future. I won't be watching much UFC anymore if they continue to lose fighters I respect.

I agree with everything he’s saying and as a life long natural martial artist I feel him but it’s a losing battle. Steroids hgh testosterone stem cells ect. are here to stay and not just in mma but in every sport in general.

Mark fought with Alastair, rematch to settle from years ago wtth Alastair winning first fight. Back then Alastair was well known and obviously using insane amounts of steroids before and after his fights and he got caught again using after the rematch so Mark hunt is pissed

Steroids should not be in sports, that I agree with 110%. But, Hunt says everyone is on steroids especially if he loses, yet Stipe Miocic is champ and beats everyone that Hunt says is on roids and Miocic isn't on them. Sooo what does that say.

There is a serious doping culture problem in the UFC. When the owners, the ceo and the commentators are all on the roids it doesn't set the best example.
