Thank you so much for uploading these. I've been having problems with food/appetite the last few months, but binge-watching Delia has really helped. I started out just looking for nostalgia, but her lovely kitchen, elegant warm nature and delicious easy recipes have me back in the kitchen. 🙏😊
Love Dalia smith vids she does amazing roast dinners and her Yorkshire puds look scrummy,could eat yorkies and sprouts all day. Only sea food I’ll eat is cod prawns crab and tuna,but sea food makes my pee smell seriously. If I ever won lottery I’d ask delia and nigella to cook a meal I’d only trust their cooking

English fish & chips fine
As usual, cooks ruin the delicate with garlic.
don't cook mussels, easy: they eat 💩
BTW, don't add anchovies if you don't like those
