I come from TENSHOCK First of all, we apologize for your experience. We have contacted your US dealer (OSE) and they will provide you with a good solution.
Congrats on being the first person to smoke the new tenshock motor lol. Sorry man that really sucks, ecspecially for such an expensive motor. Hope they warranty it for u. Love all your videos
It ran longer than my castle 1520, also a 280€ motor.. But the dust is THE indicator its blown... Your lucky to have the video and data. They almost can't deny a warranty... But normally, i doubt it. Its very easy to say it got water damage, too hot, overloaded etc, etc...
On a positive note, We will all see how well they handle their warranty. there is no doubt in my mind this should be covered. Now we will see how good the company's are, both OSE and Tenshock! I think OSE as the Dealer Should cover it. IMO and Tenshock as the last resort. You also have Video and data to back it up. But you should not even need that.
I believe ose / tenshock rate it for 6500 peak. You were just above that but still doesn’t seem right. 38k rpm doesn’t seem over revved either. Unlucky?
I had asked Tenshock about timing & max voltage before I ever ran it. They recommended 8⁰-10⁰ so I kept it on 10⁰. They want the motor back to inspect it, incase there's a issue with bearing or design. Maybe just a one off mfg defect.

I am so glad I watched I was considering a tenshock motor for my 26” rigger.
I think only time will tell if this was just a rare occurrence or something that's common. Hopefully I got a one that was flawed in some way
That is a bummer hopefully they warranty it keep us posted love the videos
They are covering it under warranty. He said based on my logs there's no reason it should fail under those conditions. Just gotta mail it in.

Thankfully OSE is outstanding and honoring a warranty. The data is key, they said it shouldn't have failed under those conditions.
That's why I buy 60 dollar rocket motors doesn't hurt the wallet as bad plus you can buy 5 for the price of 1
Thought I saw 226. Not 126?
No I grabbed the motor with my hand, it's 126⁰.

I see they’re all Y wind, what was your timing set to?
