Hi Yasaman! The E string will usually need a fine tuner because it is the thinnest string, and easiest to snap with the pegs. If your pegs fit very well, and you are confident tuning precisely with the pegs while bowing the string, then you don't need fine tuners on the A, D, and G. Adding metal fine tuners to a tail piece will make the sound a bit more "tinny", so if you want fine tuners we recommend having a tailpiece with built-in tuners - they tend to work better anyway!
