Day 997: 21st September 2024 | My head really hurts, and I just want to cry 😢

I'm feeling really emotional right now. My head has been thumping all day.
Some days, I just need to cry even though I don't know why.
Just seen my subscribers have dropped by at least four. Guess that says something.
It's ok to cry. I currently am.

It was Warm and you have been Working all Week ,
You have been Stressing allot ,
Its Warm and you are maybe a little sensitive for Warm Weather because you eat medicin,
Ride it through, tommorow it will be better ,
Try to relax , Stretching a little,
Listen to Calm Music you like ,
Do a Praying Session and ask for Help and Guidance, ask if Our Heavenly Father Jehovah got something special for you to feel better ,
