While he was dealing with all these problems, I was dealing with them too; and one night he came in my dreams. He performed all my favourite One Republic songs, and he told me everything would be alright. He is such a beautiful soul. I hope he is happy and fine now, God bless him.

Been a fan of Ryan since I was a little kid I love his music and him in general of course. He's such an inspiration to me like he's 100% the bomb.
Such a great artist and writer. Love OneRepublic. I've dealt with bad anxiety for a good portion of my life, it can be hard to deal with, but things always get better with when keeping a positive mind!

Anxiety from the loss of my Son was so bad that my heart was compromised. Thankfully a Doctor worked with me to find a non Benzo solution. Who would have thought a prescription antihistamine would do wonders. I take 10 mg of Hydroxyzine as needed. I could not function without this. Benzo's are horrible and very hard to get off. I am forever grateful for my Dr's help.

"I was genuinely unhappy for the first time in my life". I like Ryan a lot, and I empathize, I'm glad he was able to get over that. But, it STILL blows my mind whenever I hear an adult saying "it's the first time I was unhappy/depressed/anxious to the point of breakdown"... It was such a weird revelation to realize some people have happy childhoods.
I feel ya. I have struggled with depression for over 40 years. I feel like I've had every form of it. Thankfully, it is under control 95% of the time now. Bless Ryan, even if he only experiences it once, he won't forget it. It's a dark place.
