She speaks three languages interchangeably - Chinese, English, and Spanish. Very impressive. Personally I would prefer if she didn't suddenly drop Spanish into the video, but that's just because I don't speak/understand Spanish and the inclusion of it just causes me momentary confusion. She's clearly an accomplished language learner herself, which is probably part of what makes her such an excellent teacher.

The most instructive sentence for me was at 1:13:03 >> 他把那幅画挂在了卧室墙上 It seems that, when a verb is followed by a prepositional phrase, such as >> 挂在墙上 = "hang on the wall" (present tense) then the so-called "after-verb-了" actually comes after the preposition >> 挂在了墙上 = "hung on the wall" (completed action). ( I think that 挂了在墙上 would be incorrect, with the 了 directly after the verb 挂 )
The teacher is teaching I want her to cover higher levels like- 6,7,8.... and on , she puts so much put together material, this might as well be one of the best videos on hsk 4 vocabulary
