    Thank you for doing this. It's a relief to know that you will be there if we need you, despite this life-threatening virus. Please don't take any more risks than you absolutely have to--you all need to stay safe while keeping us safe.

    Lots of questions: What is the procedure upon arrival and what are the limits of their treatment? Do they give oxygen? Do they honor DNR orders? Do they test for Corvid19? What can patient do to help them?
