Regarding the potatoes, you assign the toppings in the menu as different items so you can choose what variations to have.
Couple of points that I'll work on for a future update:
- Less customers at Sycamore Woods
- More Customers at Cedarwood Heights
- Default camera movement to static (option to zoom)

I went back and watched the first look video of this. This is actually a really fun game to watch. It reminds me of the game "the tenants" another game I really enjoyed from a few years back.

I enjoyed both episodes very easy to watch. Could you put the potato station where the coffee maker is by the fryer and put the coffee maker by the window? I would enjoy seeing some more gameplay of this. In a way this reminds me of the old pc lemonade tycoon game where you have a stand and you can move it from location to location and everyday you had to order supplies without going over by to much because of spoilage.

If you go into settings and switch motion sickness setting it will stop the pain in the arse zooming in and it makes the game so much better!!!
