That's how it is done. Though I would love it if use gloves and recommend it . But in countries like India Pakistan Afghanistan they do not use gloves.
You are correct, just came back from India and Pakistan visit. We were cooking our own meals because you don’t know how those hands are clean and where they have been. Lol.
