Tesla is nowhere to be found in the autotaxi game. Ten years behind at least.

Autonomous vehicles are white elephants. If one of these gets into hood, home boys will strip all expensive sensors.

Now we know level 5 is very novel, so novel that Cruise has found an interesting and novel solution. Just lie and stick remote drivers in the loop and mask it as 'interventions'.
😂😂😂😂 Looks like Thanos all over again.

I agree with you 100% Kramer, but I think the whole point is going to be very simple now that you've got Cruise in Los Angeles Austin New York and all that good stuff next thing you know you're going to have Cruise in the Seattle area and possibly the King county area of Washington State which will impact the whole bunch of people like myself since I am blind and partially-sighted so let's be clear about here since they're going to be coming here to Seattle to do some testing on their cars to do what they need to do within about two or three months before the holidays you're going to see Cruise self-driving hit the road in Seattle and start offering rides autonomously through the app. That's why I have the app the cruise self-driving app! Do I think Kramer you and I both agree that when crews self-driving comes to Seattle we all better get ready to use the service and forget to the city bus or Link light rail here in Seattle, because this will change the landscape of Seattle and King county in Washington state. And I do believe that that is coming after they got through trusting their cars here in the Seattle area especially the downtown Seattle area! And that's why I have the app! That is why I would strongly recommend that people get the cruise self-driving app and sign up. Because by that time everybody like myself will be ready for it!

I don't want to be a back seat driver in a self driving car. Open it up keep the wheel for emergency but make different. Make me feel like the future has arrived

Vogt is trying to promote this project car so much, but he knows that the car has alot of issues, just like tesla cars. Like Musk, Vogt will lie enough to get the cars in the cities. Just like tesla automonus, it's the programming, it's just Not there yet!! I have seen these cars, stop on its own, entering thier base camp, stall even inside the facility it comes out of, cars stop before entering facility and was supposed to enter, but a minute or 2 later, it decides on its own to drive off. Car has too many glitches, these cars are not safer at all, versus a human driver, a human driver still can maneuver the car out of harms way, unless it's a mechanical issue. Just like any electronics, it can be hacked.

My experience as a cruise passenger is the car doesn’t worry about it’s wright. It moves like it’s a dot sometimes instead of a car with a point of gravity. That translates to often jerky maneuvers

Tesla is probably ten years behind Waymo and Cruise. This is not even fair at this point. There is no place where Tesla can do what Waymo and Cruise can do.
