we can't have cars with flip up headlights anymore, but somehow this passed DOT regulations. yeah.

it was already in the intersection though at 7:09 it did sound like he panicked a bit as the waymo hit the breaks a bit hard. it probably should have decided to not go through the intersection before hand.
