I’d recommend using regular milk with a “rue” not sure if I’m spelling it right basically, you’d mix milk, cheeses, spices and add the pasta in. The condensed milk is definitely sweet and mostly used for desserts and things. Keep trying Liv!! I know you could make some bomb mac.

Hello gold juice !!! I love y’all and literally have been watching y’all since 2017 which is basically when me and my boyfriend got together but I litterally watch y’all all the time ! Anyways message for Miss Olivia I wan help you make Mac and cheese so here’s my recipe 3 bags of sharp cheddar shredded 2 bags Colby jack shredded Regular milk Cornstarch Butter Elbow noodles Breadcrumbs Garlic salt Paprika Pepper Minced garlic Yellow onion Step 1: chop half of your yellow onion and your minced garlic Step 2: take 4 tbs of butter and melt in a pot once melted add in the onions and garlic Step 3: let that get brown and then add in about 5 cups of milk roughly and let it simmer and boil on medium heat Step4: start boiling your elbow noodles in hot water and a little oil to prevent the sticking Step 5: once the milk mixture is hot your gonan get a separate bowl and take 3tbs of corn startch and add that to the separate bowl . Step 6: get 3tbs of COLD water and add that to the corn startch then mix it together you should have a white liquid mixture that should be the consistency of milk. Step 7: add that corn startch water mixture to the boiling pot of milk Step8: let that simmer and you’ll begin to see the milk get thicker .. step:9 add in 3 bags of the cheddar cheese and one bag of the Colby Jack . Step 10 mix the cheese mixture with a whisk till you see it nice and thick at the consistency of like nacho cheese . You can also now add in all the seasonings to your liking start with a tbs. Of everything. Step 11: the noodle should be done so add them to your pan that you will bake your Mac and cheese in. Step 12: after putting the noodles in the pan add some of the cheese mixture and mix it in the noodles add more as needed if it’s too thick add more milk. Step 13: after the cheese is mixed all into your noodles then add your last bag of cheese the the top of the noodles to make the cheese crust and on top of that it’s optional but add breadcrumbs Then you can bake it @350 degrees for like 30 min Good luck and if you do make it pls let me know somehow hahaha I’m curious !
