I am a Trini. Made this yesterday as part of my husband’s birthday lunch. Was delicious and easy to make. I used canned corn and added grated garlic. I am a garlicaholic but it added to the flavor. Thanks for sharing.

This recipe is the best corn pie I've tried, made it twice, but I add a little sugar it brings out the flavor of the corn.

Jehan, I just finished your corn pie; It is now out of the oven and I will be impatiently waiting for the cooling period to end. I am complimenting this dish with shrimp sautéed in a coconut sauce green garden sweet peas, and plantain alongside the duo. I am so tired of rice dishes and needed something quick to fix. If you don't use cornmeal it will not have the same texture. Not sure of a substitute.

Will it still come out good without cream corn
Yes, but the texture will be a little different. If you can't find creamed corn you can roughly blend whole kernal canned corn as a substitute.

Love Cabot cheese it has no animal products in it. My go too cheese
