A dupe for the E25 is from Bad Habit Beauty, their #5 brush is literally the exact same as Sigma's E25 and it's only $5. For the price you pay for one Sigma brush at $16, you can buy 3 of these from Bad Habit. I got my makeup brushes Saturday from Bad habit's site and saw the #5 brush and thought it looked like my Sigma E25 so I held them up side by side and they are literally the same as one another and they work exactly the same. The bristles are very soft and feel like good quality and after washing it 3 times the bristles have maintained their shape, unlike Morphe brushes. Bad Habit's brushes are super soft too and good quality.

Thank you Julie. I have many of the Elf brushes you talked about and some of the Wet N Wild. Have never tried the the Morphe. Have had Sigma brushes as well. Btw, I love love your makeup look today.

I don’t have a use for that large stipple brush either, but I do like a small stipple brush to apply cream blush. I have had trouble with the Elf small stipple brushes I bought because they don’t hold up well with regular washing. I wash brushes after every use, so they need to be sturdy. The Real Techniques brushes I have are great for that. I only wish they had the standard sizes and shapes of eye blending brushes I like.

Casey Holmes uses a duo fiber brush like those stippling brushes to blend bronzer, blush, highlighter, etc. I have a stippling brush and I don't really use it much either

Hi there, love your videos. I love that you do a lot of affordable makeup and dupes. The makeup brushes are great choices. I know that Sedona lace is a great brand, make great brushes. I bought a few brushes and set for them. Sedona lace is comparable to sigma brushes. They are always having sales of 65% on there website. Another great brand of brushes are coastal cents, BH cosmetic, shany, LA girls. You should give them a try.

Thanks for this video! You don't see alot of brushes dupes so this was very helpful. I really don't use a stippling brush anymore either. Sometimes i will use it for cream blushes.

Thanks for uploading this. Just saw at Walgreens, the Wet N Wild brush set for BOGO, I think it was either $15 or $30? That & they had some eyeshadow kits & a brow kit on BOGO too. I snatched up the last of all of the single shadows though all each 49cents! I may have to get that brush set on my Xmas wish list, I need good brushes, hehe brushes period. Thanks for sharing & have a great day today!

If you get the chance you might like to check out the set of Eye of Horus eye brushes (and their goddess pencil eyeliners and liquid eyeliner as well as other products while you are there).
Inika also have some nice brushes and their face products are lovely as well.
Yes both brands are more expensive but they are Australian indie brands that I use and love.
Nude by Nature is another Australian brand that I use (their liquid foundation, primer, bronzer, blush, eyeshadow pallet and finishing veil), but they also have some lovely brushes that I recommend.

Hooray! I have had my e.l.f. angled brush for two years and indeed, it's a winner. I bought the original Sonia Kashuk large powder brush at least 10 years ago, and it refuses to shed. It's really soft. Others I've found that work great are the Milani and e.l.f. eyeshadow brushes. Your reviews helped me when choosing new ones.

Lol, I have most of the E.l.f. and Wet-N-Wild dupe brushes already - the ones I don't have, I'm definitely going to look for (not the stipple one though, I wouldn't even use that). I did want to tell you though that E.l.f recently came out with a highlighter brush that might be close to the Sigma and Morphe ones you showed. Great and informative video! I'd love a tutorial on that eye look btw!

I bought that elf highlighter brush with high hopes and do not like it at all, it's too big (nearly identical to the black blush brush) and it's so flimsy I can not use it with most highlighters bc it hardly picks up any product. Imo the small tapered brush is much better for highlighter as it is smaller, more densely packed and more tapered. Just look at them side by side in store and you will see what I mean. I think the highlighter brush might work better with softer or loose highlighter or as an undereye setting brush.

Great video! Just from my personal observation, some natural fibers work better on shadows and products that are softer in the pan. Harder pressed or thick cream shadows and products, seem to pick up easier with synthetic brushes. I do love Elf and Wet N Wild brushes because I have small, hooded and/or deep set eyes. I can get a variety of the brushes locally. Real Techniques is also sold locally. The eyeshadow blending brushes from Real Techniques, are huge for my eyes. Thanks for taking some of the "guessing" out of brush choices. Have you ever tried BH Cosmetics brushes?

Great video, Julie! Just like you, I sometimes prefer the less expensive version more 🙂
I use a duo fiber brush to apply blush, or I use a clean one to blend my bronzer & blush out if it looks too harsh.

I love elf brushes. The Ultimate Blending Brush and Angled Blush Brush are both fantastic. Sigma dupes I also like are: Beauty Junkees (8 piece PRO Eye Brush Set has dupes for E40, E38, E55, E30, angled shader, flat definer, angled liner for $24.97; the BJ highlighter brush is also a favorite); and Colourpop: (Tapered Blending Brush is E38/40 except better! Blending Brush is close to E25; the Small Shader, Larger Shader, Small Detail and Small Tapered Blending brushes are also eye brush faves - all $6; Flat Kabuki $10 and Large Angled Face $9). Both the Beauty Junkees and Colourpop brushes hold up to washings as well as my Sigma brushes.
Of course, there are no dupes out there for the hooded eye saviors: E46 (inner corner); E47 (lid/create) and E56 (Shader). That E56 is the shimmer HG.
Sephora also has a magnetic brush set that is inexpensive. The bristles are so soft that I grabbed the angled blush brush and it's my favorite for bronzer. I think it was $12.

I have, I have many sets from before her makeup line ended and her brushes were revamped. I have one small set of her new brushes. Her brushes have been my favorite for years, and they are rarely talked about. Shes gone to all synthetic brushes, where her older brushes were a mix of natural and synthetic hairs. I want to get more of her new ones because I'm impressed with the travel set I have of the new ones. But my children said I couldnt buy any until after xmas. Maybe a not so subtle hint, I hope?
